We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the train station. It made it super convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions on foot. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us with a refreshing drink and provided us with all the necessary information and assistance for our sightseeing tours. The service was top-notch, from the room cleanliness to the delicious in-room breakfast, everything was spot on. The amenities provided, such as the electric kettle and flat-screen TV, added to our comfort and convenience. we were thoroughly impressed with the services and facilities this venue had to offer.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Excellent room service and courteous staff. The complementary breakfast and dinner options were delicious and satisfying. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided daily housekeeping facilities. The reception staff, especially Mr. Goutam, were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Located near the railway station, this hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities like a TV, fridge, and coffee maker. The staff is polite and offers room service promptly. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel's ambiance is clean and neat, and the shower experience is exceptional. There are bustling markets around the hotel that add to the liveliness of the location.
The bathroom's maintenance needs improvement, with rust marks on the sink and flaking paint in the bathtub.

The meals were overall quite nice, and there were some decent vegetarian options. The location was convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit during our Easter trip. the staff was helpful and pleasant to work with.
Our stay was quite uncomfortable due to a number of issues. The windows in the room were old and let in a lot of noise from outside, so it was very hard to sleep at night.

The hotel’s location is perfect for a city break, with easy access to great restaurants and shops. The check-in process was smooth, and we enjoyed our comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious dishes to start the day with. the staff was attentive and provided great service during our stay.
The hotel’s lack of amenities was a bit disappointing, with no gym or pool available during our stay. the decor felt dated, and some areas of the hotel seem to be poorly maintained.
